What is 第九条?
第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 states:“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.” |
第九条 of the United States Education Amendments of 1972 is a Federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on the gender of students and employees of educational institutions which receive financial assistance. Discrimination on the basis of sex can include sexual harassment, sexual assault, non-consensual touching, sexual violence, relationship violence (dating and domestic violence), and stalking. The College provides resources and reporting options to students, faculty, and staff to address concerns related to sexual misconduct prohibited by 第九条 and College 政策.
